It is not required that we appoint a DPO for the service we are offering.

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE YOUR DATA

You are not legally obliged to provide us with your personal data. Without your personal data we will not be able to offer you our service.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

We process your personal data in order to prepare you an offer for the fulfilment of the contract and the legal requirements.

For private individuals:

We process mainly the following personal data: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, tax information’s, information’s on the requested services.

For sole proprietorships:

We process mainly the following personal data: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, tax id, unique code, information’s for the invoicing and the purchased products and services.

For companies and legal entities:

The provision of our products and services may require the processing of employee data. These are mainly the name and contact details. This data will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, except for any contrary instructions from the Controller.

The legal basis for the processing is represented by art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR (performance of contract or requested step prior to the contract).

CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

We transmit your personal data to third parties only to the extent required to fulfill the terms ofyour contract or legal obligations (consultants or public institutions).

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties for advertising purposes without your express consent.

TRANSMISSION TO THIRD COUNTRIES OR INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS

Your personal data will not be transmitted to third countries or international organizations.

CRITERIA FOR THE CONSERVATION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be stored according to the legal obligations we are subjected to (normally tax laws require 10 years) and then erased automatically.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to withdraw a given consent, according to art. 7, paragraph 3 GDPR, the right of access, according to art. 15 GDPR, the right to rectification, according to art. 16 GDPR, the right to erasure (‘right to be forgotten’), according to art. 17 GDPR, the right to the restriction of processing, according to art. 18 GDPR, the right to object, according to art. 21 GDPR and the right to data portability, according to art. 20 GDPR.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 77 GDPR). In Italy the complain shall be lodged to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) in Rome (www.garanteprivacy.it)

AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

If you use our service you are not subjected to any automated decision-making, including profiling.
